Sulani equips clients with insights and strategies to free them from negative cognitions which can lead to stress, anxiety and depression, while encouraging them toward strength, meaningfulness and self-actualization. Sulani’s aim is to encourage clients toward a more fulfilling life by collaboratively employing person centered and motivational approaches toward self-discovery and finding one’s own path to wellness.
Sulani is an LPCA in the state of Connecticut and a graduate of Alliance Graduate School of Counseling with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. His background is in finance, human resources, information technology and now counseling. Sulani’s experience is in working with men, substance abuse, and students. His reason for counseling is to do the work that people have always called upon him to do: to give them counsel, wisdom and insight and help them in their journey.
