Brookfield Counseling, a Southbury Counseling practice, offers outpatient counseling (individual, couples, and family) to individuals across the lifespan as well as medication evaluations and management. Our team, made up of licensed social workers and counselors as well as a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, takes an empathetic, strengths- based, and person-centered approach when working with individuals to meet their goals. The practice takes most major commercial insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid, and also offers ADHD testing.
